For connecting a heating cable, a corresponding cold lead and connection lead are necessary. This prevents an overheating of the heating cable with fixed resistance, in case it does not have contact to the heated surface in the airspace. Furthermore, the installation is easier if a more flexible connecting lead is linked to the terminal box instead of a self stabilising heating cable. Our customers have the option for self-assembly with the corresponding connection kit from our accessories, or to buy pre-assembled heating cables which are ex our factory. You can choose between different cooling leads such as rubber hose pipes, silicone hose pipes, PTFE-insulated pipes, glass-fibre-insulated nickel pipes, etc. We are gladly at your disposal in case you have any questions.
